The property although pretty old but very good in terms of location and the staff of the hotel were excellent. A few names that I can remember and would like to mention are: 1) Pragya - main reception. 2) Swaraj (I believe) - main reception. 3) Mr. Anil - Restaurant manager. 4) The kitchen staff and the table attenders. 5) The housekeeping staff. 6) The boys. The food was excellent and the breakfast spread was amazing. All of our requests were looked into with prompt response and effect. The stay was excellent experience for my family and would definitely recommend to others.

The location is great, the rooms are nice, the food at the restaurant is very good, and the management and staff are outstanding.

Excellent hotel with courteous staff and good food. However it is the owners and top management who need to put their act together and invest back in scaling up the general maintenance. Otherwise all the good work will come undone. The property has great views on a clear day but along with others in the vicinity can benefit by either improving or motivating the local administration to improve the condition of the approach road. The property is not senior citizen and disabled friendly in its approach and for climbing up and down.

Amazing view of Kanchenjunga from the hotel room. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. Loved the restaurant food esp the breakfast was superb. Good value for money. Certainly would recommend this hotel.

Exceptional service from the entire staff. Something very valuable that is not emphasized enough online is their high end water treatment system ( apparently in all the Sinclair hotels). The location is also excellent.

It was excellent on all counts considering what one paid. The Meals were excellent, service was good and friendly.

Room was cosy …. Heater was working properly… near to Mall Road so readily available cabs and access to the market

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The property was clean and well maintained. The restaurant had wide food options and they were very quick in their service. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one.
